Initiatives

Grow Local Eat Local

The “Grow Local, Eat Local” initiative is a government-backed effort aimed at revitalizing traditional agricultural practices and promoting the consumption of locally sourced foods.

By encouraging the cultivation of native crops like taro, yam, and tropical fruits, alongside the sustainable harvest of fresh seafood, the initiative seeks to preserve Palauan cultural heritage while addressing modern health challenges.
